Whats the difference between a Fraud and a Scam?
A Fraud is when someone steals your bank account or personal details, and uses them to authorise a payment from your
Vision Bank account without you knowing.
A Scam is when you are tricked into making a payment for false reasons by responding to a fake email, text or call.
